I suppose on this thread it goes without saying, but I'll say in anyway...BOYCOTT THE OSCARS tonight.
I want the ratings for this year's program go into the toilet (where most the nominated movies belong). I won't waste my money to see the films, my electricity to watch the Oscars, or my time watching to witness Hollywood's self-adulation fest.

the oscars are just as boring as the state of the union address, i don't watch either of them. why would any republican want to watch a bunch of rich, arrogant and dumb left wingers who think they are above us all and who hate republicans and our president.
and as chris rock states:

This is where the studio system was a win-win for Hollywood..... the actors had to keep their private lives and private thoughts to themselves... the men running those studios understood the audiences and that when we watch movies we want to get lost int he stories and not equate a face with some off the wall stuff.
