I see the kids with those WWJD bracelets. They're not in the Bible, but I'm sure some teenagers are reminded of Christ's love and perfection by those bracelets and a result do not engage in the sin which is all around them.

If a Baptist Pastor said that all kids were obligated to wear the bracelets, I wouls have a problem.

As Catholics, we're only obligated to abstain from meat on Fridays, and fast on Good Friday and Ash Wednesday. That's not what this thread is about. This thread is about the popular Christian custom of choosing something we love and giving it up during Lent.
