true story...sil needlepointed a clown pic for my sons room...he was 2...he wouldn't go near his room til we took it down!LOL!! I hated clowns too when I was young. And my grandma collected them! It was horrifying.
My cousins little boy likes Spiderman and for Christmas one year my mom bought him this big Spiderman doll. He opened it. Put it down and slowly backed away. Then really quietly said, "Spiderman bad."
His dad had to hide it in the closet so he would go to sleep.

For the most part from watching the opening and closing ceremonies, I would have had no idea it was taking place in Italy.

I thought he was involved in legal matters involving The Mr. Tea automatic brewer. Someone ripped him off bigtime!

BTW, completely ridiculous that a figure skater could fall TWICE and still win a silver medal.

George isn't a poofter. He's trying to fool people into believing his a acting talent.
The guy has banged half of hollywood. Including Renee Zellwegger, Kelly Preston, Krista Allen, Julia Roberts while filming Ocean's 11, Lucy Liu.
(I do have to give him props for this one) - Courtney Cox and Jennifer Anniston without each other knowing for awhile during the early years of Friends.

What on God's green earth is Bob Costas doing asking the president of Harvard to reconsider somebody's rejection?

Oh, OK. So, even without masks, it was a Fellini-esque Carnivale. (Thanks for the spelling reminder; I was in Brasilian mode, I guess!) Oookkkaay.

That's it? It is over? Either NBC cut it off, or the Italians decided to not have an ending. Odd.
To: mystery-ak
I was hoping you'd see that before you left :) Sleep tight, don't let the clowns bite! :-D

When the Turin mayor started speechifying, before he switched to English and the intruder intruded, I swear, I thought I was listening to the former Pope. (That's how often I hear Italian spoken.) It was spooky and comforting, both.
