I am trying to impress my husband...LOL
He hasn't had much good cooking lately...babysitting isn't real conducive to prolonged times in the kitchen.
BTW...I have a warning for fellow freepers...do you know that commercial that is on Fox all of the time, the Pasta Express...with the tubes that you are supposed to be able to cook pasta in, with boiling water..no muss, no fuss???
Don't buy one....I did, used it for the first time tonight...what a joke...I followed directions exactly, and the spaghetti came out stuck together..and not nearly cooked enough...so I had to dump it in a bowl with water and cook it for another 14 minutes in the microwave!!!

Oh, well...dinner turned out well...so that is all that matters...
I didn't get to listen to Herman much though..because my daughter kept me on the phone forever...he husband is out of town...so, I am the sub! LOL
WOW! Thanks for the tip... I was going to buy some of those for gifts for my mom and sister....
