The first 5 years of the show
are now out on DVD (the black and white years, all with Barney Fife). I have them -- fantastic! Great quality. No real extras included, but each episode is crisp and clear.

I stand corrected -- the first SIX seasons are out now. However, I stopped being a rabid fan after Don Knotts left the show.
