Here's a tip: Use Notepad to create the straight-up HTML and Save as... "~ajolympian2004.htm".

That little trick will net you a local copy of the content that you can play with until you get it just the way you want it without waiting for your actual FR Profile page to regenerate. Once you get something you want to post, go to yuor FR Profile, scroll down, click the "edit..." link, and just Copy/Paste the HTML from notepad into the big textbox. Click "Okay" and you're "live".

Then, anytime you're contemplating an update, you can pop up your local copy and dial in your edits before you publish it "live" on-line.
