Would you like to learn a little more about yourself and your fellow posters on Free Republic? If so, you might enjoy this Freeper Research Project.
It began on another thread where people were testing themselves for “nerdiness”. Great fun was had by all.
Along the way, Freeper patton posted a link to the Jung personality test. What an adventure! I took the test for the first time and found out I am an INFJ (I=44, N=75, F=25, J=25).
Because we were sharing the results of our tests on that thread, I was pleasantly surprised to discover three other Freepers with the same personality type. And, naturally, being curious – some of us went to yet another link to find out what the code means and what famous people are INFJs:
The strange part is that INFJ’s are the smallest in the general population, but among those posting on the thread, INFJs were in the majority. Does that mean that INFJ’s are drawn to Free Republic or to those kinds of tests, or are more willing to discuss such things?
At any rate, it is a delightful musing about this forum, the posters we are drawn to (or against): does the Jung personality test have anything useful to say to us?
If you are interested or perhaps would just like to have some fun, take the test and check out the results. And if you’re willing, post your results here on this thread so that we can all “compare notes”.

Interesting that some questions were repetitive but worded differently.
Pingaroo! Go to the beginning of the thread and take the test. When you get the results, another link takes you to what your personality is according to the test results.
Then post the results here so everyone can see them.
Don't be ashamed, no one else is.

We are all getting a good chuckle out of the results.
My profile is surprisingly accurate, except for the part about ISFJ's not standing up for themselves and running for an authority figure at the first sign of trouble. I'm the complete opposite of that, but overall it is about 90% accurate.

I find it fairly accurate with some variations, depending on the situation. I fall in the "Mastermind" category. That does fit well. Problem is when you get in a roomful of masterminds, I get quiet, until they need someone responsible to carry out the PDCA. I'm all about the action then
so tell me about ISFJ
Go to the beginning of the thread, click on "type logic" then click on "ISFJ".
Several other parts of other personality types fit me too.
It is possible that other parts of other personality types will also fit you.

I see... It does fit you. I checked out my counterpart INTJ's and find it quite an interesting collection, some of my favorite Stars are there.... now I know why I like them so much. This answers so much.... But, I also have many characteristics of ISFJ. I can relate.
