There's nothing a judge needs to strike. Where federal law overrules state law, state law is simply ignored. There are plenty of states that have all sort of laws on the books prohibiting various types of abortions; some predate Roe v Wade; some are newer. They're all just irrelevant until and unless the Supreme Court somehow modifies Roe.

We can impeach those judges--or force Congress to spank those inferior federal courts. And we should.
