There's nothing a judge needs to strike. Where federal law overrules state law, state law is simply ignored. There are plenty of states that have all sort of laws on the books prohibiting various types of abortions; some predate Roe v Wade; some are newer. They're all just irrelevant until and unless the Supreme Court somehow modifies Roe.
But there is no federal law prohibiting states from banning abortion.
Neither federal house has voted for such a law. The executive has not signed such a law. No states have ratified such a law. And no such law is listed in the U.S. Constitution. Thus, no law.
