Anyone stepping foot on American soil has the rights of the American court system, and we are not going to play that game with the terrorists, one in which we have to prove "beyond the shadow of a doubt" what their intentions were, and one in which they can claim the same rights as any American citizen.

My sensibilities are quite well thank you for your concern but I think you get my question wrong. I was not doubting about your right of doing that of this, I was only asking if it was for a judicial particular reason in doing so and also asking if putting them in US soil will be enough to get the critics be quiet.
