ATLANTA25 US Representativesincluding two members of the Georgia delegationhave now signed on as co-sponsors of H. Res 635, demanding a probe which could recommend Bushs impeachment, including the initial sponsor, US Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), Atlanta Progressive News has learned.
If the Democratic Party is able to retake the US House of Representatives, Rep. Conyers would become Chairman Conyers of the House Judiciary Committee, whereas he is currently minority leader on the Committee.
If not acted on this session, the bill would have to be reintroduced next session. It is possible that a new bill could include new language regarding NSA domestic wiretapping.
Sources in Washington DC tell Atlanta Progressive News that H. Res 635 is a venue for coalition among members of Congress who are willing to consider impeachment for a variety of reasons.
Even though H. Res 635 does not specifically reference the NSA domestic wiretapping issue, some Members of US Congress have found the wiretapping issue to be a compelling reason to sign on as a co-sponsor, sources say.
26 US Representatives now total want Bush either to face an impeachment probe or to resign. US Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL) is the representative who has called for Bushs resignation, according to a World Cant Wait statement issued to Atlanta Progressive News.
Two (2) Members of US Congress signed on yesterday, February 14, 2006, including US Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI) and US Rep. Nydia Velazquez (D-NY), according to thomas.loc.gov. Since APNs last story on H. Res 635, US Rep. Mike Honda (D-CA), also signed on, having done so on February 8, 2006. Press representatives for Reps. Moore, Velazquez, and Honda were not immediately available for comment.

Check the rolls of the Democratic Socialists of America or the Progressive Democrats of America and you'll probably find all 25 there.
These are people who'd impeach Bush and hand the keys to our civilization to Fidel castro if they could.

You can look at the list and see a lot of the most bigoted people in the United States.
Conyers along with McKinney is the biggest racist in the U.S. government, bar none on any level.

"US Rep. Mike Honda (D-CA)" This rare example of a Japanese American leftist asshole - is my personal Congress Critter...
He has RARELY been on the right side of anything...
Now that I'm retired, I intend to accept his offer to come to public "round tables" to discuss the issues...

More recently, Jihad Johnny CONyers attacked Tom Ridge when he was Governor of Pennsylvania for signing the execution warrant of Mumia Abu-Jamal. Jamal was a Muslim militant who murdered a Philadelphia police officer by shooting him in the back and then in the face at point blank range. Jihad Johnny has also come to the rescue of murderer Leonard Peltier. Peltier murdered FBI Special Agents Ronald Williams and Jack Coler.
At about a year after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Jihad Johnny CONyers sued the Justice Department to force an open hearing for Osama bin Ladin terrorist network fundraiser Rabih Haddad.
Jihad Johnny CONyers holds frightening positions of power in the Congress. Currently he is the most senior Democrat on the Judiciary committee, the same committee that oversees the FBI and Justice Department. In this role, he also writes and amends antiterrorism laws.
None of this should come as a surprise, Jihad Johnny CONyers is a member of the Progressive Caucus, a communist front group. Jihad Johnny serves on the board of directors for the radical Marxist Liberation Theology group the Aristide Foundation for Democracy. Aristide, the once removed president of Haiti, has Congressional allies such as Jihad Johnny to thank for continuing in Anti-Americanism, murder, and drug trafficking. Jihad Johnny CONyers has also participated in the Soviet Communist backed World Peace Council as the only US Congressperson to speak at the Soviet Communist event.

Sam Farr (D-CA), Rep. Maurice Hinchey (D-NY), Rep. Mike Honda (D-CA), Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee (D-TX), Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), Rep. John Lewis (D-GA), Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY), Rep. Not one of the above cosponsors are worth the powder to blow them to hell.
I personally wouldn't want my name associated with a bunch of muck diving @ssholes such as these.
What has anyone of the above done for America except spout anti-American slogans and be absolutely the most negative influence on the face of the political horizon.

Thanks for the analysis. Two vulnerable is better than none, I guess. It seems like their bloc hovers around about that size--maybe that reflects where their machines are most entrenched.

Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI) is a corrupt scumbag and I am ashamed she represents WI.
Her own children have followed in her corrupt footprints and the bought off Milwaukee DA lets them continue to steal elections. Suprisingly WI's alcholic Attorny General refused to look into it and our crooked Governor was too busy selling WI to the indian casinos, keeping gun away from women, and making life easy for those who wish to vote for rats multiple times.
This state stinks with corruption. I pray we will replace the Gov and AG with republicans but I fear it will take more sensless gang deaths in the Milwaukee schools and generations of poverty before voters there start to question the dogs they've chosen to represent them.
