No. There was a guest on the Saturday morning talk show in Austin this past weekend, and she said ONLY livestock raised for show, slaughter and food products, i.e. milk.

Domestic cats, dogs and other household animals are exempt.

No, they are exempt under 'NAIS', those animals fall under 'PAWs'.

They are playing on words.
