Who would think the publication of some cartoons....CARTOONS, folks!......would be an idea for end of the world discussions......There are days when I do think I lived through the BEST of America.....and it's all downhill from here on out....BUT, I think we're in the middle of a war right now, and so my outlook is tainted.
Possibly, but America is clearly greater today than it was 25 years ago. Why can't the trend continue?

goodness, it is an excellent lesson of the pen IS mightier than the sword. I admit we don't know how it will all turn out in the end, but I've got faith in God and your screen name.
Amazing, astounding even, and I now there was corruption and incitement, but still, instructive.
The world IS changing right before our eyes. Maybe not changing so much as resolving unresolved business. Certainly the Islamofacists see it that way, we are fools if we don't take the long view too.
Countries rise and decline. England entered into the 20th century as a superpower, and left it as an also ran. By the looks of things the future is in the east.
