"We intend to maintain and, where appropriate, enhance current security arrangements," the company said in a statement. THEY ARE INVOLVED IN SECURITY
DP World is OWNED by the UAE Government.
The Committee CFIUS is (at this time) comprised of Bush Appointed persons. The committe is not secret. The REVIEWS are secretive or confidential in nature because the companies involved do not want all of their information given to congress and the public. Therefore, this committee has closed door meetings reviewings the involved companies. If there is a problem, then it moves on to the President for review.
You can probably drop the "If". Rest assured Bush is into this one. Like illegal aliens and border security, the White House is tone deaf.
