The existence of the written policy kind of dooms the plaintiff in the case.

You know you're in trouble when the lard ass next to you needs a seat belt extender. I had one next to me who asked if he could raise the arm rest - I told him no, that was the only thing keeping him from spilling into my seat. He cussed me out soundly. like I cared.

If airlines charged a lower price and based it off seat occupancy + weight{range} then maybe fat Americans would work off some of the fat that is hanging off of their asses!

Juries who deliberate for less than an hour should have the complaintant and lawyer jailed for the length of time the trial took.

I was at a Patriots game last year and had a fat a-hole SOB sitting next to me with his legs spread so as to extend across the front of my seat.

I had to keep asking him to please move his feet until the third time.

That's when I stood up and firmly told the pr!ck that I wasn't going to ask again and the next time his fat ass was going over the balcony.

I was so pissed that my face turned purple.

If some fat slob sat beside me on a plane and lifted the armrest, I'd slam it back down so hard, they'd get the message pretty damn quick.
