SUTTER, Calif. (AP) - The only grade school in this rural town is requiring students to wear radio frequency identification badges that can track their every move. Some parents are outraged, fearing it will rob their children of privacy. Some parents are outraged, fearing it will rob their children of privacy.

I don't think it's the privacy of the children most of these parents are concerned about but probably the privacy of the parents as the kids sit out in the car while the parents are some where where they shouldn't be.
