from the article, it's powdered sugar. zero tolerance policies are full of crap and don't help the students. It's all a publicity stunt. If you think it's ok then so be it. The education profession isn't what it used to be.

Yep. They know that because they tested it at the police station.

But you don't want to do that. So I'm asking you for the third time, how would you know it's sugar? Are you saying that you would take the student's word?
