and i'm telling you for the third time that after the substance was tested the administration shoudn't have acted so hysterically with it's idiotic zero tolerance policies. the student's word isn't the issue, the issue is the suspension for having sugar and "pretending" it was something else and as I said "for the 3rd time" i'm glad i lived in a generation where there weren't so many hysterical parents and teachers around where we had fun and play was play where we could own our play guns and shoot each other playing cops and robbers, army and cowboys and indians. Yes, back then we called them indians and weren't charged with a hate crime felony.

You are on the lunatic fringe on this subject. Are you a teacher or school principal in favor of these zero tolerance policies? and if you read the first 50 or so posts, you will see you are in the minority around here.
