Sorry, but we don't know about Roberts yet. He's only been on the court a couple of months.

Certainly no one has a crystal ball. You could make the case the Scalia might still grow. However, I have complete confidence in Roberts, but I know many are waiting. Robert's background indicates he has been a conservative his whole life. I don't see that changing. Roberts could still disappoint us in some areas. I am thrilled that Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, and Alito have a 15 year age advantage over the four flaming liberals on the court. Unfortunately, we made need to win the Presidency in 2008 and improve our control of the Senate to get that all important 5th conservative vote.

We have the Presidency and the Senate. The American people are behind us. We shouldn't have to "guess" as to how conservative Roberts or Alito will be. This is of course was Coulter's point. *Hopefully*, they will turn out OK.

I agree 2008 is the key election. I can't see Stevens or Ginsburg lasting much longer.
