In a recent poll (heh), 69% of Iraqis said life was "good." 71% said they expected things to continue improving. The Kurds made a beautiful TV commercial thanking the USA for bringing liberty, perhaps you missed it.

And in a recent poll, only 27% of Iraqis said that the US has a positive influence in the world. See how polls can be distorted like that? I'm not telling you to agree with me nor am I trying to espouse my beliefs here, just stop thinking that your opinion is the only right one and that there is no credibility with anyone who disagrees.

The USA is unpopular in the same way that a loving but strict parent is unpopular (Unpopular until needed). Those countries in the survey look at us and have an inferiority complex, and they have it for good reason.

The world doesn't need a parent, nor does America need to be one.

"...just stop thinking that your opinion is the only right one and that there is no credibility with anyone who disagrees."

I see, just because you have spoken, I should just fold my tent, and not stand up for my opinions. You have not convinced me that I am wrong yet.

I don't mind that you disagree with me, but you have some very strange ideas IMO, (heh). See you next time, I have to sign off now.
