Many Iraqis hated Saddam, but don't find the unstable, violence-ridden and foreign-occupied postwar Iraq to be much of an improvement.
I'm sure that living under the fear of torture, imprisonment and death was just a little bit more inconveniencing than the situation today. Oh, here's where you say Abu Ghraib... Blah,Blah,Blah....

I'm sure that living under the fear of torture, imprisonment and death was just a little bit more inconveniencing than the situation today. You're right, and living without power, water, or security and having gunfire exchanges in the streets watching your countrymen die every day is much better. I'm not arguing that Saddam was better, just that today in Iraq is certainly not what you are maaking it out to be. Better is not Good, that's what I'm trying to say.
