I haven't called for Harper's head, but I'm just stating the obvious, he has betrayed some of us who are strong believers in senate elections and improving democracy but appointed a guy who was elected as a liberal. He,supposedly a supporter of an elected senate, appointed a guy to it. It raises some questions and as a grassroot conservative that makes me uneasy. If we were see the Emerson appointment as no problem then we have no business complaining about Belinda. Period.
