Posted on 02/06/2006 6:08:53 AM PST by ken5050
Good Monday morning, once again, fellow political jinkies. The NFL season may be over, but the political season inside the Beltway is 24/7/365. So join us, if you can, as those wacky Dems on the Senate Judiciary committee reprise their pitiful efforts to once again smear President Bush and score political points..

Thanks, once again, Peach for your LoisLane turbo transcription skills. I could not stomach starting off the week hearing the Lying Leaker or the Chappaquidick Charlatan play to the DU and Soros crowd, with sounds of cha-ching going off in their heads this morning. You're amazing! Keep it coming .. it's so much less stressful to read it.
How well this fits!!

I wonder if Kennedy is trying to cover so that they do not look to deeply into who leaked the information to the media.

Kennedy's statements illustrate once again that his staff are not the A list in the Capitol anymore. He seems to be using arguments that interns may have come up with.

Kennedy is stating that this is a law issue for the prosecution of terrorists.
The Bush administration wants to kill them, not bring them into the courts.
Big difference.

mine is slower from CSPAN, I just use the "free standing one" & it is up to speed. Not sure what the difference is but I have noted that during the alito hearings. I opened CSpan & then the free standing window.. there was a difference in watching/listening to both streams

Is there any Republican that you actually like?
Like? What does that have to do with anything? I just stated Hatch's (published) positions on 2 specific issues. That has nothing to do with like or dislike, but it does reflect some of his positions---and those do positions, I definitely dislike.

The best way to prosecute a terrorist is to kill him/her. No need for a trial by jury.

..Babbin will be hosting Hugh Hewitt's show today..worth listening. Babbin is also filling in for Laura Ingraham, at least for today. She is in Iraq. I don't know if he mentioned anything about Leakyfeller in the second hour.
