Good Monday morning, once again, fellow political jinkies. The NFL season may be over, but the political season inside the Beltway is 24/7/365. So join us, if you can, as those wacky Dems on the Senate Judiciary committee reprise their pitiful efforts to once again smear President Bush and score political points..

I heard them say it's with Roberts. Didn't hear Rockefeller mentioned.

"The phone companies may be liable at some future date???" "Kennedy is worried the terrorists will sue them" The LLL is truly something to hehold isn't it?!? The terrorists have no intent on suing anybody - THEY WANT TO KILL US ALL.

We all knew Rockefeller was involved going way back, didn't we. It is about time for Roberts to push back. Rockefeller has been running roughshod over the intel committee for too long. I wrote my senator to demand Rockefeller be investigated a few months ago!

When I move, the design challenge will be to set up the perfect computer/TV area.

I'm way behind and trying to catch up, so I don't know if anyone brought this up, but I could swear I heard that someone is suing the phone company already over this.I hadn't heard about that, but I do know that AT&T, Sprint, and MCI agreed to comply with the request to wiretap.

Live hearings back on.....

I heard that as well, but it was said by a democrat, so it may be a flat-footed lie.
