Superconductivity is caused by electron pairs forming soliton waves inside the lattice structure of the material.

What happens to charged particles traveling through buckytubes?

Can you really say superconductivity is caused by something? I mean it is the absence of effects that would cause resistance. Can the absence of something be a cause? Is superconductivity the norm and resistance effects the exception?

I am highly interested in the epistemology of science.
I tend to think that perhaps the Indian mystics actually have it right, and the world is really made of mana.

"Stuff". Just some kind of "stuff".

I have posted on previous threads if we had enough time and patience, we could probably manufacture a functioning universe out of legos.
