I just watched that replay and there was no way in the world that Pittsburg Steeler had that ball over the goal when he came down. You can actually see him move it across by his hand.

THAT UMPIRE EVEN AFTER REVIEWING IT CALLED IT A TOUCHDOWN. JERK!

He doesn't have to have it over the goal when he comes down. Once the ball breaks the plane it's a TOUCHDOWN....play over.
