Here's a piece of history--There was never an independent Arab state of Palestine before Israel was founded. So what makes Buchanan think the Palestinians are entitled to an independent state? Also, he's conveniently forgetting that one of the tenants of the Hamas groups is the Israel should be wiped off the face of the earth, and Jerusalem named Capitol of Palestine.

I've always agreed (and still do in thought) with Pat on economic and social issues as well as our sovereignty but something like this makes me hesitant on supporting him now. If he was pro-Israel, it would be no question but to back terrorists, well, I can't really support anyone like that. It's a shame.
