I never watch Fox after a speech, because the fall all over themselves trying to appear 'fair and balanced'. It is more fun to go to CNN and watch how uncomfortable they are. That is how I know Bush did great.

I agree wholeheartedly. SCOTUS nominees are the real reason they want control. I read here today that Stevens said he will retire under a Republican president, because he was appointed by same.
I hope he keeps his word. And soon.
Yes, just in case we lose control of the house and the senate. Just the thought of the RATS taking control makes me sick.

is he the RELIGIOUS LEFT we have been hearing about today? YES! Keep an eye on him. Jim Wallis and Sojourners will be putting him on a pedestal some more in the future I'm sure.

I think he has some kind of physical deformity. I'm serious. The eyebrow never looked normal and I could see it on my 13" TV from across the room. I feel bad laughing at him if he can't help it.

They didn't want Alito sitting there :)This was so much fun to watch . They were squirming weren't they? They just can't stand or accept that they are not in power, nor do they have a say so in who gets appointed.
I swear, Fat Teddy and his ilk are on the verge of a stroke...

Newt is growing on me... the man is brilliant and he is pretty supportive of most everything the President is doing.

They are shameless sons o b*tches who are groping towards regaining power. With no sustaining point of view (other than being against whatever real Americans stand for) they are doomed (at least I hope so).

Have you seen all the Jack Bauer references on the thread? Mostly in how he'd handle Cindy Sheehan. LOL
