Well, it's all President Bush's and JUSTICE Alito's fault--irresponsible women everywhere will be heading for back alleys now! The horror.

I think (hope) that someone will retire at the end of this Supreme Court term.

I'm sure they already have one for him; maybe not a custom one, but one he can wear.

And I think they do wear their robes...........but I may be wrong.

"Kerry didn't vote...."

He probably slipped out of his chair and fell on the floor flailing his arms and crying.

She just lost re-election in Louisiana

I hope so, latest rumor is she may run for governor. Her brother is running for Mayor of NO, he will win, geesh, I'm tired of the Landrieu name.

Senator Ensign of Nevada voted aye

Good for him, glad he's ok. (BTW if some gay group is truly planning to "out" a Republican senator as rumored, my bet would be Linseed Graham.)

We need another vacancy on the court. Stevens should retire.

You're absolutely right. And Bush should nominate Mark Levin or Ann Coulter as the next Justices...What a day, a GLORIOUS day that would be
