Specifically where you say he was sent to Iraq by ABC to bash the president and his SOU address?
ABC stated that Woodruff was originally slated to cover the SOTU speech from "Palestine", but news execs killed the plan after Hamas won the elections. So they decided to send Woodruff to Iraq at the last minute and rushed him out there so he could provide an "Iraqi perspective" to the speech.
