I heard Thune putting some judicial nominees on the calendar...boy, Kavanaugh....Frist is getting brave!!!
Kavanaugh was renominated by President Bush. The nomination may get stuck in Committee, as are a couple others. Frist hasn't moved on Myers (out of Committee since March 17, 2005), or Boyle (out of Committee since June 16, 2005). Truth be told, I bet he wishes those nominations would "go away."
