Two things:
He must pay tribute and homage to the liberal groups.
They must make a show of force...to bleed the situation out as far as they can.
I absolutely despise dingy Reid! I think, he thinks he's looking tough or something! To me he looks like a spiteful child who's throwing a tantrum to get his way, even though they know it'll do no good.
