Great !! Isn't it so much nicer? You mean you weren't posting on FR at all during your workday?? Then that means ... you really ARE up 24 hrs. a day ... LOL...whenever do you sleep? How's your Dad doing ... I know the stress has to have been so tough on him physically .. mind/heart/body = definitely linked. God love him and keep him strong .. and you, too.
Dad a bit better today main problem trying to get correct dosage re constipation. Without going into too much detail he has had problems for years in that field, basically family thing nan (his mum) had it all her life. Obviously with the heart problems he must not strain so has to have various meds. Downside can make him stomach very bloated and windy.
