We are getting hit. Without a shot being fired. All fifty states have signed the Healthy People private partnership.
That means ALL FIFTY STATES are contractually obligated to implement it.
I'm not great with my Russian dictators -- wasn't it Kruschev that said they would bury us without ever firing a shot, or some such?
