Not Quebec - most of the ridings there close at 9:30. Atlantic Canada - Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.

My God... they did it! The polls had them at 5 seats and to pick up 11 in Quebec is miraculous. I think the CPC will get 130 at this point. A strong minority government is now in the bag.
