How do you post comments on Free Dominion? Kind of a tough site to navigate!
Assuming you have a login/password (register home page on the right side), either start a thread in one of the forums, or go to "recent" at the top of the page and find threads there. Within a thread, to post a reply, go to the bottom of the page to the right side. You can't ping like you can in FR unfortunately. Your post will just go into the thread.
