Not necessarily. Harper's already opened the door to Layton. Tories and Dippers don't agree on everything but they share a common resentment of Liberal high-handedness. Along with the Bloc, the votes are there to pass a Federal Accountability Act and legislation establishing federal fixed date elections. The Liberals will be too shell-shocked to challenge the new order when the new Parliament convenes.

That's exactly my point. Layton's New Democratic Party is the most radically Marxist of the three major liberal parties, so you can be sure that whatever comes out of that coalition is likely to be either largely inconsequential or highly schizophrenic in nature.
