It will be fun to watch that big mouth Sharpe try to explain this one. He is so illiterate, I don't know how he got that job.

Well, I obviously never met you! I would undoubtedly find you a great guy, since you are a freeper conservative.
As a Giants fan, I have seen my team play (and get beat by) both your guys and the Panthers. I believe the Panthers are a more complete team and Fox a better game-day coach. But hey...my football predictions have been wrong before. Good luck...

I wonder if he'd hang them up if they lost the SB?

"That Seattle stadium is unbelievably loud. I couldn't hear myself thinking at the one game I went to there."
You should have been to one of the games in the King Dome when the sound reverberated off the walls!! And, the fans up here, male and female (like moi), know and like their football and when and when not to make NOISE!

And remember last year the big play in the first half was Harrison' INT for a TD. This year it's the Steelers with the big INT.
To: mainepatsfan
Denver's D was nothing special against the Pats either.

No it wasn't. The Pats shot themselves in the foot five times. The Colts would probably be killing the Broncos by a similar score if they'd won last week.
To: Pukin Dog
Yes, and howzabout that Michael Irvin? Can't stand either of them. For Michael's part, he played great for my favorite team, but he is the worst sportscaster ever, IMHO. Well, maybe he and Joe Theissman are tied on that one.

Didn't he guarantee that Indy wouldn't be beaten in the playoffs?

"Booing in Denver?"
Right now, about 50,000 people in the crowd are scratching their heads and mumbling, "I paid WHAT for these tickets?"

I've been to a few King Dome games to see the Mariners between visits to Boeing. That was one ugly place.

I think he will hang it up one way or the other after this year. He was very close to retiring last year except he thought the team was really close. Only way he comes back next year is if he fumbles his last play.
