Are you ready for some football? My predictions:
Denver 23/Pittsburgh 13, Seattle 24/Carolina 17
Do you think the PACKERS are kicking themselves for letting him go??? They should be...it was dumb.
LOL! how about I AM THE ONE WHO LEFT, sweetie...funny- you assume a single mom was dumped.....must be a desperate gal, eh? LOL!
I am going to stop right here- because you are obvioulsy just not yourself and getting way too wound up over a freakin' joke...
I am not about to get into a pissing contest with someone due to lack of humor...
I have been sitting here rooting for the HAWKS along with everyone else....no one was attacking your team dear...
I know Holgren coached the Packers to a SB victory, but what AFC team did he win one with.?
Please leave me alone. Thanks!
your welcome...
Me too.....being a Texas Rangers fan...it is always fun in the spring...before we are 20 games back...LOL
My mom is a TOTAL Packers fan and was devastated when Holmgren left. She is somewhat comforted that I am in Seattle.
My dad grew up in Detroit...we grew up in N. Illinois...on the days that the Bears beat the Lions...my dad did not speak. The Packers were second-in-line.
Boy it has GOT to rough in that part of the country...Detroit has been bad for a while...and the Packers..
When the Packers do badly...it is not good for the whole league, IMHO...they are just one of those teams that it seems like everyone has a love or hate for.
Even though you lived in N. Illinois...he was for Det. over DA BEARS, huh???
yea, but i enjoyed it because the underdog played so well and won. SNL did a great skit about how Ray Lewis was ripped off not being named MVP of the game because he had that dark cloud hanging over him over that murder investigation in atlanta that he refused to cooperate with.
Agree, the Mariners games are attended by polite fans. So far. But now that the "12th man" (institutionalized rude noisy fan effort) has become popularized by the mayor and the media and even credited with helping win the Seahawk's game, I wouldn't be surprised to see Mariners fans jump on the bandwagon.
Underdog? Baltimore was favored in that game.
I thought that's one of the announcers said, but I may be wrong on that. Sorry if I relayed incorrect info.
Oh, I was not a good daughter during the Jim McMahaon victory years. I was living in Chicago and was a total fan of the guy who had the "Rozelle" headbands.
No worries. Have a great time the next two weeks. Go Seahawks, win one for the NFC.
A bit of a "maverick" yourself, huh??
I always thought McMahon was a HOOT!!
Thank you SW! I think it will be a great one, too! If we win that would be AWESOME! but if we don't, at least we finally got there :-)
Thanks Pharmboy! All the best to you, too. Nice chatting w you - - see you on another thread
Note the tagline one last time. I guess this is where I get to eat a LOT of crow right????
The game ended an hour ago and they're still triple teaming Steve Smith. What an awesome display of D.
Both winners today were dominant from the get-go. These were no doubt about it type games.
No real thoughts yet on XL, but Pittsburgh took out a 1,2,and 3 seed ON THE ROAD.
they were an underdog to me
I knew the Giants wouldn't be able to score in that game.
