Its simple... the media are liberals (democrats in effect). McStain is a LIBERAL republican.
Worse yet, he is more than willing to be the 'backstabber' from within.
The media get to write the story they want, but say "hey, we didn't say it... its one of THEIR OWN GUYS that think this".
The quid-pro-quo is "You sell out your party, and we'll make you 'the best of a bad alternative'"
