The granting of rights is not big government. It is the reduction of governmental control and the advocacy of liberty. You have a very convoluted view of the role of government: to enforce your sexual and religious virews upon others.
Are you out of your cotton picking mind? You are saying that small government means that 2% of the population and their enforcers such as yourself should force the majority of the population to accept homosexual marriage against their will.
You want the very definition and meaning of marriage and family to change to "free for all sodomy". And the only way that can happen is by judicial activism and power mad government.
