No, it is not the Law that excludes God from scientific examination . . .No law could do that. It is not "scientific examination of God" but elimination of theistic considerations from a public academic context by law we are discussing. If you have this much trouble distinguishing the subject under discussion perhaps it is no wonder you confuse atheism for agnosticism..
