I would still like to see Orrin on the Supreme Court if there's another nomination in this term...
Oh I don't know if he was drinking during committee. Alcohol takes fluid away and it's necessary to drink a lot more water when you have had some drinks.
As for pills, Senator Ted normally "works" a short day and no doubt had issues with putting in a longer than normal day, even by our standards.
I can't believe Teddy (hickup!) ... ummmm... is back on Vanguard...
He's smart, he got off the phone with Tony, made it to the hearing in time to defer to Kennedy and then reserved his 25 minutes in order to smack Kennedy down, if need be! :)
