Imagine...PO had 2 years to get ready for postal increase yet; no post office has 2 cent stamps.

What? Have I missed something? Did the postal rates go up again? Are all my bill payments going to come back?

Hopefully not--but rates did go up 2 cents yesterday. The last rate-change I spent an exhausting day selling 3 cent stamps and whatever--but mailed mine at the end of the day--with the old stamps (DUH!)

They did not come back, thank goodness!

as of Jan 8,2006 reg stamp now 39 cents. Knowing PO,you prob will have mail returned for postage due. Best to use Internet for bill paying....I rarely use a stamp since I converted.
