as of Jan 8,2006 reg stamp now 39 cents. Knowing PO,you prob will have mail returned for postage due. Best to use Internet for bill paying....I rarely use a stamp since I converted.
You're right. I've been slowly converting to that method, and it's certainly more convenient.
