Back in the late 90's, she had colon cancer. That was reported, other problems are not as available to the public.

Thanks for the birthday stats.

So Justice Stevens is the only really elderly justice, and Ginsburg's health is questionable (poor woman--colon cancer too???). I don't want either of them dead, just off the court. Preferably tomorrow.

Of course, if President Bush does get a chance to nominate another candidate, I'm not sure I'd be able to handle that much excitement!
