Where did we decide that the President of the United States is the enemy as his job is to protect us? How come 50% of this nation joins the war against the President rather than the war against those killing us?
And that includes the Supreme Court and Alito. Since when is the president the enemy and the only concern for attack?

Its clear to me: Alito doesn't think he should advicate anything on Abortion at all. If a case came up to him he would consider stare decisis, but it would NOT automatically defeat the case.

I thought that Alito was being thoughtful, which is what judges should do. And BTW, the poor man is probably exhausted
