He stuck to talking about Alito and not bringing up President Bush for no reason. Ahhhhh....but there is a reason. Biden is the only DemocRAT so far NOT to mention the constitutionality of wiretapping private citizens. Not the wiretapping of non-citizens who are suspected terrorists and felons.
It seems to be one of the Dem talking points today.
