He stuck to talking about Alito and not bringing up President Bush for no reason. Ahhhhh....but there is a reason. Biden is the only DemocRAT so far NOT to mention the constitutionality of wiretapping private citizens. Not the wiretapping of non-citizens who are suspected terrorists and felons. It seems to be one of the Dem talking points today. Can't Spector make them stay on the subject? What does "Evil Bush spying on enemy" have to do with Alito hearing?

Yeah. It's his job to do that. But, like so many of those Senators, he doesn't do his job like he's supposed to. That makes one wonder... What has he got to hide by doing his job right? Probably lots...

Can't Spector make them stay on the subject? Let's face, Spector isn't listening any more than the others are. Unless they are the ones talking, nothing anyone says matters.
