Did any one else her Leftist Senator Feinstein on Fox Sunday? She was just full of nonsense. For example she said something about its not the Mainstream Conservative that bother me is the Activist Conservatives. So I gather its OK to be a Conservative as long as you do not try to push your views (like the left does) on the Government or its policies. HYPOCRITE.
She then went on about how important it is to keep Roe vs. Wade, and that it is the only test a Supreme Justice should have to pass. She then when on the litany about death to women and yada, yada, yada. Obviously she does not care about a womans health, for if she did she would be against Roe vs. Wade because the facts have shown that more women have died from the legal abortion procedures than died when it was illegal. More women have gotten breast cancer and metal illness from abortions, than those who dont have them. And finally, abortions have basically turned more woman into sluts and helped destroy marriage than would have happened had it not been legalized.
How does that Marxist keep getting elected? Liberalism must be a mental disorder.

If there ever was a time to use the C word, it's when speaking about California senators.

Better than 85% of the counties in Kalifornia are solid RED. Those few that are blue are the big cities where the majority of the residents depend on the socialist programs supported by the democratic party. This is a populace that has less than 4 days of food, water, and fuel on hand. They have to be supported by big government socialism to survive.
The two witches from Kalifornia cater to the bee hive voters in the cities and the rest of us have no representation. We don't have the votes, and it is easy to see that we just don't count to them.

He has a book out, and it's a hit piece on the Iraq war and the Bush admin. According to him, everyone but Bremer is a complete idiot and incapable of running the war.

She's an activist liberal, so I'm glad she's getting her comeupance.

It really pisses me off when radical left wing idealogues talk about the "mainstream". They wouldn't know mainstream if it bit them in the ass, but they claim it as their own

You're partly right. There are also liberal areas that are very wealthy but support the 'Rats on the basis of anti-military and social liberalism. They and the people you speak of have formed an alliance which makes up the majority of Kalifornia voters.

For the record, I do not agree. There is a difference between politics and law. For that reason there is a tug of war between politicians and judges.
To: Torie
Politics is why the judges are appointed for life. Our founding fathers new that this could become a political problem, so they gave them life time jobs. The hope that with a mixture of appointees they would make more balanced decisions. The court has been left of center for years. Now is time for the pendulum to swing back. Sometime in the future when the court becomes too conservative, then maybe some President will put on a liberal.

I find it interesting how the rats are sticking to the talking point they got last year about co-opting the word "activist" and applying it to conservative jurists, as in "activist conservative". Regardless that the two words together make no sense, the rats hope (as they always have) that if they and their allies in the liberal newsrooms repeat the phrase often enough, the mindless chattering class will absorb it and get their arms around it as if it is something real.

Regardless that the two words together make no sense, the rats hope (as they always have) that if they and their allies in the liberal newsrooms repeat the phrase often enough, the mindless chattering class will absorb it and get their arms around it as if it is something real.It is also part of their strategy of turning words on their head to change or obfuscate their meanings. Add some projection to that and we are nearly there. They are activists, as you know, but that name is beginning to have a negative meaning so they now apply it to the conservatives. So, wanting to keep the Constitution the same is activists, which is bad, or if its not bad then the left is good because they are activists. Win, win for the loony left.

What was really stupid was when she referred to the three branches of government as the White House, the Senate, and The Congress (rather than the Executive, Legislative, and the Judicial).
The scary thing is that she either believes that she's correct, or that we (Americans) are too stupid to know better.
Of course, on one corrected her.
